Wartusk

Wartusk is a settlement of primarily orcs and half orcs who refused the tenants the Mo’Gar proposed when they formed the fortress city of Dredh Drirgrokh. The traditionalist mindset of these orcs came to form the Wartusk clan, and the town of the same name.

Rejecting that orcs needed to separate themselves from civil society, the Wartusk are a peaceful, welcoming people, so much that they are known to marry and breed openly with other races. Wartusk residents are primarily followers of Hettis, in large part due to their proximity to the canyon named after the god of storms, but also in that their sole export is agricultural, a crop known as “The Quiet Leaf”. When smoked or ingested, the plant has medicinal qualities, but mostly calms the thunderous echoes in those traversing Hettis’ Fury.
