The young High Elf leader of Restinu. A cleric of Markin, he leads festivities for the Sun Festival. An accomplished soldier as well as a diplomatic genius.

Dion wears the colors of Restinu proudly, bold blues and shining gold. Over his aristocratic garb, he wears a solid steel breastplate embossed in gold with the symbol of his patron god.

His long chestnut hair contrasts starkly with his fair skin and crystal blue eyes, creating a stunning and almost irresistible visage.
