Restinu

A bustling port, the home of the Temple of Markin, and the largest city in Northern Hyfaer. Led by Dion Zeph, Restinu supports a population of mixed races and origins, though is primarily High Elf and Human.

The city is broken into six districts:

• The Dock District
  • The home of the Restinu Navy, arguably the strongest armed force known in Hyfaer.
• The Noble District
  • Though all citizens of Restinu are legally equal, the high elf nobility maintain a majority of the wealth in the city. Generations of noble families maintain a strong hold within the more affluent and lush area of the city.
• The Dry District
  • The polar opposite of the Noble district, this district is known for its disheveled and dirty appearance and is where the largest concentration of humans live within the city. Though the residents of the Dry District are generally poor but content in their station.
• The Dredge
  • The darkest and seediest district in Restinu. The entire district was formed when the canals were dredged from the Strickened Gulf, giving it its name. Known for its lawlessness and the area with the most businesses of ill repute.
• The Market Plaza
  • Though one of the smallest area of the city, the Markets of Restinu are likely the most crowded. A significantly weighted proportion of the city’s commerce occurs here. Anyone with ANYTHING to sell, may open shop and peddle their wares here.
• The Commons
  • The most populous and largest area within the city. The majority of the citizens of Restinu reside here, comprised of mostly high elves of lower stature and immigrants from other settlements.
